How much does this cost?
Every engagement is custom. Most run $10,000 to $25,000 a month all-in: a base retainer plus a performance fee tied to growth metrics we agree on up front (net revenue, contribution margin, attributed revenue, or another growth number that fits your business). The exact split, metric, and percentage get customized during your Strategy Call. If the math doesn’t justify the investment for your business, we’ll tell you on the call.
How does the performance fee work?
Calculated as a percentage of growth metrics above a locked baseline at engagement start. The metric varies by engagement and gets set in your agreement: net Shopify revenue, attributed revenue, contribution margin, or another agreed-upon number. Full math, caps, and clawback provisions are documented in your agreement before any payment. You see the same numbers we see through Maverick.
