Weeks 5–8
Acquisition Install
Meta account structure, Google account hygiene, creative production framework, briefs, testing cadence, winner identification, and landing page principles.
Outcome: your acquisition system runs on a repeatable framework instead of ad-hoc decisions.
Weeks 9–12
Retention Install
Klaviyo flow architecture, campaign cadence, calendar template, list segmentation framework, and SMS foundation.
Outcome: 30%+ of revenue running through owned channels instead of leaking out the back door.
Who actually does the work?
Your team, with our frameworks and weekly review sessions. We install the system with you; we do not become your full-service execution team.
How much time will my team need per week?
Plan for 5–8 hours per week, mostly execution against the frameworks we install.
What if I don’t have an in-house marketer?
Then FORGE probably is not the right fit. The sprint assumes someone on your side can execute between sessions.
Can I keep all the assets and frameworks after Week 12?
Yes. Everything installed during FORGE is yours to keep using internally.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You run the system. We are available for paid support if you need it, or you can apply to graduate into CORE.
Do you guarantee specific results?
No. We guarantee the system gets installed and works mathematically. Results depend on your execution and your brand’s underlying economics.
What if FORGE doesn’t work for my brand?
We do a fit check on the application call before you pay. If we do not think it will work, we say so up front.
You’ll fill out a short application. If it looks like a fit, we’ll book a 30-minute call to confirm scope and timeline. If FORGE is not the right vehicle for you, we’ll tell you that on the call and point you toward a better fit.
