Position Overview
We are seeking a Creative Strategist specializing in Meta Paid Advertising Creative to join our marketing agency. This role focuses on developing and optimizing performance-driven creative strategies for platforms like META (Facebook and Instagram). You will assist in onboarding clients for creative-related tasks, support client meetings, and act as the primary touchpoint for clients on all creative aspects. Collaborating closely with your internal team of media buyers, creatives, and UGC creators, you will ensure all creative assets are designed to drive measurable results.
Requirements & Experience
Proven experience in a creative or strategic role focused on paid advertising, preferably on platforms like META or TikTok.
Strong understanding of performance-driven creative strategies and paid media campaign dynamics.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, project management software, and data analysis platforms.
Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Strategy Development:
Develop performance-focused creative strategies tailored for Meta paid advertising campaigns
Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor campaigns to inform creative direction.
Create actionable creative briefs and scripts for internal teams and creators, ensuring clarity and alignment with campaign objectives.
Up to date on later trends on social media
Content Production & Management:
Oversee the creation of high-quality, on-brand paid advertising assets, including video, graphics, and user-generated content (UGC).
Collaborate with UGC creators, managing briefs, contracts, and content delivery.
Organize and maintain creative libraries, ensuring all assets are accessible and aligned with brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Analyze creative performance data to identify successful ads..
Document underperforming ads and hypotheses to avoid replication and refine future strategies.
Regularly test new creative hypotheses to optimize campaign performance.
Team Collaboration & Workflow Management:
Work closely and manage Media Assistants, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and UGC Creators to execute creative strategies.
Maintain streamlined workflows and clear communication across teams to ensure timely project completion.
Client Support & Collaboration:
Assist with creative-related tasks during client onboarding, such as preparing brand kits, organizing design folders, and gathering creative assets.
Support client kickoff meetings by addressing creative requirements and ensuring alignment with advertising goals.
Serve as the main client touchpoint for creative questions, updates, and feedback.
