Position Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Media Buyer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Primary - Meta/Facebook Ads / Secondary Google/TikTok Ads). You’ll work closely with our Paid Media Manager to execute ad strategies, optimize performance, and support in reporting across a portfolio of DTC clients.

Requirements & Experience

  • 1+ year experience as a Media Buyer or similar role managing Meta Ads, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple accounts

  • Proficiency in reading metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc)

  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube Ads is a plus

  • Strong understanding of Ad Creative Strategy is a plus

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • In-depth knowledge of all major digital platforms and familiarity with niche platforms

  • Managing multiple clients effectively

  • Ability to make decisions off paid advertising metrics

  • Extremely data driven, detail oriented, and organized

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and manage paid social campaigns aligned with clients budgets and needs

  • Daily monitoring of accounts

  • Quality control of Paid Ads Hubs

  • Data tracking in Meta Suite and third parties (Motion, Triple Whale)

  • Write ad copy & provide input on creative briefs when needed

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to guide ad messaging and visuals

  • Pull and organize weekly/monthly reports for client meetings

  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices
